Due to a lack of rail traffic the Str. City of Milwaukee will tie up in the West Slip indefinitely.
The entire crew will be laid off effective midnight Wednesday, March 19th, 1980 with the exception of the Captain, senior mate, two senior A. B.'s, two senior carhandlers, engine department, first cook and first porter.
With the exception of the assistant engineers, watches will be broken at midnight March 19th, 1980.
